Pamela is passionate about equality and supporting people living with a disability.
Her lived experience as a daughter of a disabled woman has motivated her work in the disability sector: it has helped focus her attention on changing the status quo, to push boundaries and to give people living with a disability a voice. With more than a decade of experience in management working with large scale organisations, Pamela is now dedicated to steering SpiritAbility’s growth and success.
