At SpiritAbility, we believe in bringing people together – and this September, we’re doing exactly that. We’re proud to share that the Central West Disability Expo is making a return in 2026, a warm, inclusive event that connects individuals, families, carers and professionals with a diverse range of disability service providers from right across our region.
This is more than a day on the calendar. It’s a celebration of our community, the services that support it, and the people who make it all happen. Whether you’re looking for support, chasing information, exploring new opportunities, or simply want to feel a little more connected, we’d love to welcome you on the day.

A new, fully accessible venue
This year we’re introducing a new home for the Expo – the Orange Function Centre – and we’re pleased to confirm it’s a fully accessible environment. That matters to us. It means everyone who comes along can feel comfortable, included and genuinely welcome, which is exactly the spirit this event is built on.
What to expect
The Central West Disability Expo is your chance to:
Meet a wide range of local providers. From personal care and respite through to social support, therapy services and more, the Expo brings together some of the region’s support organisations under one roof.
Chat face-to-face with real people. Ask your questions, share your story, and connect with people who genuinely care about getting it right for you.
Discover what support is available. Whether you’re already on the NDIS, just starting out, or supporting someone who is, the day is packed with practical information and approachable teams ready to help.
Get to know SpiritAbility. As hosts, we’ll be there to talk through our services, how we work, and what person-specific support looks like day-to-day.
Why we host
We’ve always been passionate about creating opportunities for people living with a disability to thrive – not just at home, but as part of their community. By bringing local providers together in one place, we make it easier for you to find support that’s right for you or the person you care for.
Our goal is a simple one: build awareness, create connections, and share real, practical information in a welcoming, down-to-earth setting. This is your day. Come as you are, bring your questions, and take in everything the event has to offer. You’ll leave with more than a handful of flyers – you’ll walk away with clarity, a few new connections, and maybe some new friends too.
